ABSTRACT
The association of renal failure with catastrophic

describe a 36-year-old woman who died of multiorgan failure with
the laboratory, clinical and histopathological characteristics of
catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome associated with a
crescentic glomerulonephritis and renal failure.
